Locum Physician

The LGCFHT Community Family Health Team invites applications for a Locum Physician for our Team (Brockville & Gananoque).

Our Community Family Health Team is a fully electronic medical record group which uses Telus (Practice Solutions EMR). We have a collaborative team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant, and Integrated Health Care Professionals.

The LGCFHT offers a wide range of community and health services to meet the needs of our diverse population. The LGCFHT is a great place to learn, work, and grow.

The successful candidate must be licensed, or eligible for a license, to practice in Ontario – with accreditation in Family Medicine by The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to inter-professional care are essential.
