Are you interested in becoming a member of our Board of Directors? Then we are interested in hearing from you. Responsibilities of Board members are at the financial, strategic, and policy levels of governance.

The Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team (LGCFHT) offers a wide array of primary health care services supporting health promotion, disease prevention and chronic disease management through its two clinics in Brockville and Gananoque.

The interdisciplinary model of Community Family Health Team ensures increased access to various health care supports through the integration of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistant, social workers, dietitians, diabetes educators and psychiatry. This approach ensures that high quality, patient‐focused care is provided to our patients.

Fiduciary and financial: financial statements, service plan and budget process, grants, financing

Strategic: organizational planning, changes to mandate and types of services

Policy: financial and human resources policies, risk management and oversight for quality of care metrics

Your experience and knowledge of board governance, health care and the non‐profit sector would be assets to us. We are also interested in individuals with skills and experience in the fields of accountability, finance, law, among others.
